Free Download Orange Tree Samples Evolution Mandolin v1.3.5 KONTAKT | 1.5 GB
Orange Tree Samples Evolution Mandolin is a sampled virtual mandolin instrument for Native Instruments Kontakt, designed to deliver realistic, expressive tones for country, folk, Americana, and other acoustic music styles. Carefully recorded articulations, multiple round-robin variations, and three velocity layers provide natural performance variation and a broad dynamic range.
Developed in collaboration with Rosewood Recording Company, the library captures the mandolin's tonal character using carefully shaped recordings and analog audio equipment. The sampling session featured multi-instrumentalist Ryan Tilby, whose experience across mandolin, guitar, banjo, bass, and ukulele contributes to the instrument's authentic musical character.
Powered by Orange Tree Samples' Evolution guitar engine, Evolution Mandolin combines detailed sampling with a strumming pattern editor, automatic chord detection, customizable articulation mapping, and an integrated effects engine. Its factory presets provide ready-to-use mandolin tones that can fit into a variety of arrangements.
Software Overview
Evolution Mandolin is designed for musicians, composers, and producers who want a realistic mandolin sound in a virtual instrument workflow. Its sampled articulations include essential playing techniques such as palm mutes, harmonics, and legato, along with misfretted notes that can add natural variation to performances.
Multiple round-robin samples for both pick directions help reduce repetitive playback when notes are triggered repeatedly. Three velocity layers provide different levels of playing intensity, while the built-in strumming editor and automatic chord detection simplify the creation of convincing rhythm parts.
